These terms describe the rules for using devs30.com, including creating an account, logging in and using the available features.
General provisions
These terms govern the use of the devs30.com service, run by IT-OPES Usługi Informatyczne, NIP PL5291686297. For questions about these terms, contact . Using the service with an account means accepting these terms.
Services
Devs 3.0 provides free content and features: educational materials, a blog, events (webinars, workshops, meetups and other events), a newsletter and a user account with a dashboard. No paid services are sold through the account today. The available features may change as the service evolves.
User account
Registration happens by logging in with a link sent to your email address or with a Google or GitHub account. The user must control the email address used to log in. One person may hold one account. The user can delete the account at any time on the account page, and deletion irreversibly anonymizes personal data.
Rules of use
Using the service unlawfully, attempting to break or overload it, impersonating others and automated scraping of accounts are all forbidden. The display name on an account must not violate the law or the rights of others. The operator may block an account used against these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The content of the service belongs to the operator or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed. Further redistribution requires the operator's permission.
Liability
The service is provided as is and free of charge. The operator does its best to keep the service running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for damages arising from unavailability, within the limits allowed by law. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change, for example when new features arrive. At the next login the user will be asked to accept the new version. The date at the top of the page always identifies the currently applicable version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent common courts. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the ODR platform.
